Las elecciones a la constituyente, es una derrota al boicot realizado por la MUD apoyada por los gobiernos del imperio

 Que el número de votos divulgados por el ente oficial, no sea confiable, es correcto, pero algo indica la confesión de los dueños de las máquinas de votación, de que fue un millón menos al anunciado por el CNE, y peor aún, con menores resultados, las cifras y las evidencias sobre la asistencia a los centros de votación, bajo amenazas y hechos fascistas consumados por la ultraderecha, es por lejos mayor a la inauditable y a la vez aceptada por todos los imperios de la consulta llamada popular, realizada por la MUD en días anteriores.

La preparación de las ventajistas bases comiciales y la previsión de una constituyente  conformada por lo peor del chavismo oficial, son reaccionarias sin duda, pero parafraseando a un gringo, es nuestra ANC reaccionaria, no la que combate Trump, la UE, Santos, Almagro et al.

Utilizando una frase del amigo León Moraria, el chavismo (oficial) si hubiese planificado el desastre, no lo hubiese hecho tan bien. Por lo mismo la ANC, quizás pueda ser cambiada en su objetivo o en su perspectiva y ser más reaccionaria –en aras de la anhelada paz- para terminar conduciendo a un gran acuerdo de salvación nacional -pacto gobierno Maduro y MUD-  donde resulten los trabajadores y las comunidades pagando todos los platos rotos.

Porque si  ambos tienen algo en común es temor a una revolución social, por lo pronto a un desbordamiento masivo que le eche al trasto todos sus planes tanto a la MUD, como al gobierno y a los socios respectivos en los gobiernos desde EEUU hasta Rusia.

Tenemos que crear una alternativa revolucionaria

La pequeña federación sindical Fusbec de Carabobo es hoy el núcleo sindical más combativo a nivel nacional, incluyendo en sus luchas los métodos típicos de la clase obrera huelgas, tomas a empresas, movilizaciones regionales y a Caracas, participando y exigiendo elecciones sindicales en los períodos correspondientes. Fusbec trascendiendo la lucha sindical participó con candidatura propia en las elecciones a la ANC, a través de un frente más amplio, donde se debatió un programa que incluía propuestas clasistas. En Maracay y en todas los municipios del estado Aragua,  en especial los trabajadores del magisterio fueron los que dieron la lucha como candidatos a la constituyente no solo en contra de la línea oficial, sino realizando propuestas clasistas. La Plataforma de Lucha de  Aragua, participa en varios espacios llevando una declaración sobre la caracterización de la situación política  y un  programa concreto de lucha, aprobado por varios colectivos. Estos son ejemplos en la zona central del país, que demuestran la vía para continuar en una senda de desmarcaje de la línea oficial y liquidadora del PSUV. En diferentes partes del país, como Puerto la Cruz y Guayana compañeros de lucha tienen la misma apreciación.

Fusbec, sus sindicatos y su frente de trabajadores en lucha convocan a un balance para este sábado 5 de agosto, lo propio hará la PLA en Maracay.

La permanencia en el poder del gobierno,  todavía se aprovecha del impulso que tienen las masas, encorsetadas por el populismo chavista, en su apoyo, cada vez menor,  además de su suspicacia por los partidos de la MUD. La poderosa fuerza revolucionaria –potencial- que asoman las masas, se tensa cada vez más.

Nuestra labor es liberar y orientar esa fuerza revolucionaria, que avanzó en un tenue escalón con propuestas genuinas en su aspiración a ser constituyentistas, sabemos que tenemos que construir la organización que impulse  esos frentes de lucha que dan sus primeros pasos propios, de lo contrario, la presión del vapor  se disipará, mediante la válvula de escape que presenta la izquierda sectaria coincidiendo con la MUD u oportunista dando el beneficio de la duda a una constituyente totalmente amañada.

Lo que se vislumbra apenas se dio el resultado de la participación electoral

El gobierno de EEUU, ratifica al gobierno de Maduro y deja entrever no aceptar otros mecanismos paralelos de gobierno, AD único partido tradicional de la MUD se desmarca de la línea de ultraderecha fascista, todo por los momentos, el asedio está temporalmente suspendido, sin embargo, los precios después del 30 de julio se dispararon brutalmente –más de lo habitual-, es decir las masas padecen aun más ante el agravamiento de la crisis económica.

Todo indica que se viene un acuerdo, sin relegar, que los trabajadores padecerán ese acuerdo. La izquierda sigue cocinándose en su propia salsa de la crítica diletante.

Esto conduce a que se profundice el proceso de ruptura de las bases con la dirección del PSUV y sus seguidores, ¿cómo seguir defendiendo una autoridad cuyo único punto común con el pueblo era la lucha cada -quien a su modo- contra la  derecha tradicional  y pro imperialista?

De nuevo se presenta otra oportunidad de hacer un frente que proponga una salida propia, frente al nacionalismo fracasado y a la ultraderecha de la MUD. La perspectiva estratégica es la lucha por el Gobierno de los Trabajadores

Las propuestas presentadas por Opción Obrera en la Plataforma de Lucha de Aragua y en el Frente de Trabajadores en Lucha de Carabobo, donde se encuentra la combativa Fusbec, es la vía del debate que deberá ser ratificada y perfeccionada.

Elections to the constituent, is a defeat to the boycott realized by the MUD supported by the governments of the empire.

 Even though the number of votes released by the official entity is not reliable with more or less results, the attendance at polling stations, under threats and fascist facts consummated by the extreme right, is greater than of the so-called popular consultation, carried out by the MUD in previous days, the not-auditable and at the same time accepted by all the empires.

The preparation of the advantageous election rules and the provision of a constituent conformed by the worst of the official chavismo, are reactionary without doubt, but paraphrasing an American president,” is our reactionary ANC”, not the one that fights Trump, the EU, Santos, Almagro et al. 

Using a phrase from a friend Leon Moraria, if Chavismo (official) had planned the disaster, would not have done so well. For the same reason the ANC may be changed in its objective or its perspective and be more reactionary - for the sake of the longed for peace - in order to lead to a great national salvation agreement - Maduro government agreement and MUD - where the workers  and communities are paying for all the broken dishes.

 If they both have something in common is fear of a social revolution, for now to a massive overflow that throws all their plans to the MUD, the government and the respective partners in governments from the US to Russia.

We have to create a revolutionary alternative

The small trade union federation Fusbec of Carabobo state is today the most combative union nucleus at national level, including in its struggles the typical methods of the working class strikes, take of companies, capital and regional mobilizations, participating and demanding union elections in the corresponding periods. Fusbec, transcending the union struggle, participated with its own candidacy in the elections to the ANC, through a wider front, where a program that included class proposals was discussed. In Maracay city and in all the municipalities of Aragua, particularly, the educators were the ones that gave the fight as candidates to the constituent not only against the official line, but making class proposals. La Plataforma de  Lucha de Aragua (The Aragua Fighting Platform:PLA) participates in several spaces carrying a statement on the characterization of the political situation and a concrete program of struggle, approved by several groups. These were examples in the central zone of the country, which demonstrate the way to continue in a path of clearing the official line and liquidator of the PSUV. In different parts of the country, such as Puerto la Cruz and Guayana fighting comrades have the same appreciation.

Fusbec, the unions and a front of workers in fight summon a balance for this Saturday 5 of August, as will do PLA in Maracay.

The permanence in the power of the government, still takes advantage of the momentum that the masses, wrapped by the Chavist populism, in their support, diminishing, in addition to their suspicion by the parties of the MUD. The powerful revolutionary force - which the masses show up, is increasingly tense.

Our task is to liberate and guide this revolutionary force, which advanced in a tenuous step with genuine proposals in its aspiration to be constituent, we know that we have to build the organization that drives those fronts of struggle that take their first steps,on the contrary  the pressure of the vapor will dissipate, by means of the exhaust valve that presents the sectarian left coinciding with the MUD or opportunist giving the benefit of the doubt to a fully rigged constituent.

What is glimpsed after of the electoral participation

The US ratifies  Maduro’s government and suggests that it does not accept other parallel mechanisms of government, AD as the only traditional party of the MUD is detached from the fascist ultra-right line, all the time, the siege is temporarily suspended, however, prices after July 30 were brutally shot-more than usual- that is, the masses suffer even more in the face of the worsening economic crisis.

Everything indicates that an agreement is coming, where  the workers will suffer that agreement. The left is still cooking in its own dilettante critic sauce.

This leads to a deepening of the process of breaking the bases with the leadership of the PSUV and its followers, how to continue to defend an authority whose only common point with the people was the struggle each - in its own way - against the traditional right and pro imperialist

Again, there is another opportunity to make a front that proposes a way out, against the failed nationalism and the ultra-right of the MUD. The strategic perspective is the struggle for the Workers' Government.

The proposals of  Opción Obrera in the Plataforma de Lucha de Aragua  (Aragua Struggle Platform,PLA) and the Wide Front Workers of Carabobo, where the combative Fusbec is located, is the route of the debate that must be ratified and perfected.

Myths and truths regarding to the Constituent

The constituent is the perfect excuse for  the fascist oligarchic to promote a coup. Although, Opposition previously called for a Constituent Assembly, now they confront the Government with more violence, boycotting Maduro's proposal.

The world's economic situation that collaborated to the Venezuela's  government collapse, also prompted the opposition to leave the government to intend a change in the country's economic policy in favor of foreign capital, through a greater privatization of the oil exploitation busyness. In other words, they found the easy way to recover from the economic crisis at expense of greater Venezuelans sacrifices.

Right now, the politic scene/setting on Venezuela shows on one side, an Opposition, that has no united front, and therefore it has been incapable of assembling  a government proposal; and on the other hand, a Left that does not see the impending danger of a fascist right arising. Consequently, the constituent legislators' elections boycott declared by the left, is an unwise action. 

In a bourgeois democracy, any attempt to advance democratically is limited. Paradoxically Maduro's constituent despite of being far from a democratic mechanism, provides the Right with the perfect scenery for a coup, with the support of international sectors and their governments, to close what is left of democracy.

The motives underlining a coup through the attack of the constituent process, are the same that justified Chavez’s coup in 2002, <that conducted the elaboration of 49 enabling laws and removing PDVSA’s directive>, what it's really on stake is to control without any restriction, the oil reserves that our country has. 

Let as remember Chavez before April 2002, when removing the PDVSA directive, did not intended workers' control over PDVSA, <a control that was later effective in 2003, by allowing the reactivation of the company during The oil lockout>, and even though the removal of that directive, temporarily cost him the presidency, when he returned to power <thanks to the mobilization of the people and the support of a sector of the military forces>, he indulge the coup leaders and restored the old PDVSA directive, which eventually carry through with the already known Lock out oil tanker, that caused so much damage to the country's economy. Chávez supposedly a defender of the country, did not favor the working class, nor the majorities, but instead the parasite bourgeoisie.

Despite of the polluted setting of the constituent,  we consider that participating is the revolutionary alternative that we have, the ANC must be seen as an open field, an opportunity for the sectors of the workers and the communities that struggle can expressed themselves, who still see a loophole, will surely be alarmed by this statement, but there is no more significant combat outside the constituent for now, and within it, there are several fighters who managed to place their input despite the obstacles. And it's necessary to remark that the possibility of participating or being an independent voice, separated from the official medium is of greater consequence to the traditional electoral participation, be they municipal, governor or presidential.

There has never been an alternative, where 79 workers could be divided into 9 subsectors, in addition to pensioners, students, disabled, peasants, communal and territorial, with all the limitations imposed.

The initiatives discussed in assemblies, including those presented by Opción Obrera, even approved on the fighting front, which even led to divisions with opportunistic sectors, before and during the context of the ANC process, may be the way to a congress of workers and fighters who debate a program of struggle as an alternative to a workers' government.

At the moment, Venezuela is the weakest link of the imperialist chain, on the American continent, and it has to be taken as it is, it is not a matter of tastes or desires, or only slogans that are valid but are not the immediate answers, and as someone said the problem is not only the link but the chain, Venezuela today politically, as well as Brazil economically, are two crucial points, does not mean that we divide the economy of politics. But Temer did not use fascist bands, as today does the Venezuelan Right, to maintain his slogans in fact favors the advance of fascism in the country.

Is there to choose?

Maduro could not think of anything better than to propose a constituent that is nonsensical, to oppose the MUD, this became the objective to boycott, with fascist methods, to start a coup, which is in full development, but also the Defense of nonsense is the mean by which the masses face the fascist coup.

This is the real, distressing scenario, is not desired, but who is not located, is doing a lamentable service to the fascist and murderous right. In that sense the elections to the candidates for the constituent is a crucial step, against the coup on the right, its failure opens the door to the rise of fascism

Then the constituent must be turned from the inside and especially from the outside, and Opción Obrera adds that only a workers' government is the alternative

On the other hand, with or without the constituent we must turn over the government, but first we must defeat the advance of fascism. There is no other way, for the time being.

CONCLUSIONS

The proposals are classy and concrete. We have no candidates. We do not trust but fight against the official Chavismo, nor do we subscribe to the PSUV, therefore we do not create illusions in the workers. And we also fight fascism. Send Evo to vote in his first election against the advance of the “half-moon”, or defend Dilma against Temer's coup, send in Syriza against Pasok, or defend Kerensky against Kornilov. They do not go against raising a socialist and working alternative. We are not religious

Mitos y verdades hacia la constituyente

  Trabajadores debatiendo propuestas para la Constituyente                           

La constituyente es la excusa perfecta para la derecha oligárquica que a través de los intentos fascistas promueve un golpe. Si bien, anteriormente clamaba por una Constituyente, su esencia opositora ahora enfrenta con más violencia al gobierno, boicoteando la propuesta de Maduro.

La situación económica mundial tanto como fue la que derivó la explosión del proyecto del gobierno venezolano, asimismo impulsa a la oposición a salir del gobierno y realizar un cambio en la política económica en el país a favor del capital extranjero, mediante una mayor participación privatizadora en la explotación petrolera. En otras palabras que los ayude a recuperarse para salir de su crisis a costa de mayores sacrificios de los venezolanos

En Venezuela tenemos una derecha cada vez más fraccionada, e incapaz de generar propuestas y una izquierda que no ve los peligros inminentes del ascenso de una derecha fascista, al coincidir con sus consignas. El llamado a un boicot de las elecciones a diputados constituyentistas, por parte de la izquierda, que a la sazón la derecha está aplicando de la forma más criminal, es una acción desacertada.

En una democracia burguesa, todo intento por avanzar democráticamente se encuentra limitado, paradójicamente la constituyente de Maduro a pesar de que dista mucho de ser un mecanismo democrático, es la excusa perfecta para un golpe de sectores de la derecha venezolana con el apoyo de sectores internacionales y sus gobiernos, para cercenar lo que queda de democracia.

Los móviles en estos intentos de golpe de la derecha fascista por el proceso de una constituyente, reiteramos, amañada por el gobierno, son los mismos a la justificación del golpe a Chávez en el 2002  cuya mampara por la elaboración de 49 leyes habilitantes, realmente fue por destituir la directiva de PDVSA. Lo que quieren, tanto ayer como hoy, sin restricciones son las inmensas reservas  de petróleo que tiene el país.

Recordemos que Chávez antes de Abril del 2002, al remover a la directiva de PDVSA, no pretendía el control obrero sobre PDVSA, (control que  más tarde en el 2003 fue efectivo, así lo demostró al reactivar la empresa durante el lock out petrolero), pero la destitución de esa directiva, le costó temporalmente la presidencia, pero al volver al poder (gracias a la movilización del pueblo y el apoyo de un sector de los militares) perdonó a los golpistas y restituyó en sus cargos a la vieja directiva de PDVSA que luego haría el ya conocido lock out petrolero que tanto daño causó a la economía del país.  Chávez defendiendo a la patria, no favoreció a la clase trabajadora, al pueblo, sino a la parásita burguesía.

A pesar de las ventajistas condiciones de la constituyente, consideramos que la participación es la alternativa revolucionaria que tenemos, es en esta ANC por donde se expresan los sectores de los trabajadores y las comunidades que luchan, quienes aún ven un resquicio, seguro se alarmarán por esta afirmación, pero no hay un combate más significativo fuera de la constituyente por ahora, y dentro de ella son varios los luchadores que lograron colarse, a pesar de las trabas, también hay que decir que la posibilidad de participar o de ser una voz independiente del medio oficial es de mayor magnitud a las tradicionales participaciones electorales, sean municipal, gobernación o presidencial.

Nunca se dio una alternativa donde pueden ir 79 trabajadores a través de9 subsectores, además de los pensionados, estudiantes, discapacitados, campesinos, comunales y territoriales, con todas las limitaciones impuestas.

Las iniciativas debatidas en asambleas, entre ellas las presentadas por Opción Obrera, inclusive aprobadas en frentes de lucha, que hasta ocasionaron divisiones con sectores oportunistas, antes y durante el contexto del proceso a  la ANC, puede ser la vía para un congreso de trabajadores y luchadores que debatan un programa de lucha como alternativa hacia un gobierno de  los trabajadores.

Actualmente, Venezuela en el continente americano es el eslabón más débil de la cadena imperialista, y hay que tomarlo como es, no es cuestión de gustos o deseos, o solo consignas que son válidas pero no son las respuestas inmediatas, y como dijo alguien el problema no es el solo el eslabón sino la cadena, Venezuela hoy políticamente, como a su vez Brasil económicamente, son dos puntos cruciales, no significa que dividimos la economía de la política. Pero Temer no utilizó bandas fascistas, como hoy lo hace la derecha vernácula, sostener sus consignas favorece de hecho el avance del fascismo en el país.

¿Hay para escoger?

Maduro no se le pudo ocurrir nada mejor que proponer una constituyente que es un disparate, para adversar a la MUD, esto se convirtió en el objetivo a boicotear, con métodos fascistas, para iniciar un golpe, que está en pleno desarrollo, pero también la defensa del disparate es el medio por donde las masas  enfrentan al golpe fascista.

Este es el escenario real, angustioso, no es el deseado, pero quien no se ubica, le está haciendo un lamentable servicio a la derecha fascista y asesina. En ese sentido las elecciones a los candidatos a la constituyente es un paso crucial, en contra del golpe de la derecha, su fracaso le abre las puertas al ascenso del fascismo.

Luego a la constituyente hay que voltearla,  desde adentro y sobre todo desde afuera, y Opción Obrera añade que solo un gobierno de los trabajadores es la alternativa.

Por otra parte, con o sin la constituyente hay que voltear al gobierno, pero primero hay que derrotar el avance del fascismo. No hay otra vía, por ahora.

Estas son las propuestas presentadas en diferentes escenarios, sobre todo con trabajadores y sectores comunales, en medio de este vendaval

El Poder Popular, la soberanía, el poder constituyente, son palabras huecas, no podemos tener el poder si no tenemos el control de la propiedad sobre los medios de producción

• La planificación y la rendición de toda gestión, sobre todo de los servicios públicos, no sólo deben dejar de ser secretos, todo lo contrario, tienen que ser de acceso regular y público para todos los venezolanos.

• Las Comunas deben ser autónomas, en particular su presupuesto no puede depender de la dádiva a discreción de un funcionario.

• El control auténtico obrero sobre la producción y sobre los libros contables de la administración es indispensable. En especial, sobre la gestión de las empresas expropiadas, que son bastante y han fracasado, a tal punto, sean de servicio o de producción, están paralizadas, inservibles o con poca producción, tanto por la dependencia tecnológica como por una gerencia burocrática. El fin es impulsar un desarrollo armónico e integral, de acuerdo a las necesidades del país con los trabajadores ejerciendo el control, electos en asambleas, revocables y rindiendo cuentas. No a la intervención o imposición de la gerencia de personas extrañas al proceso productivo, incluido los militares que con el mando y las órdenes violan la democracia más elemental de procesos netamente civiles. Fuera la corrupción. Fuera los elementos extraños a los reclamos laborales internos de las empresas. 

• Por una milicia popular autónoma y armada que responda directamente a las comunidades, a los trabajadores de la ciudad y del campo. Los milicianos también tienen derecho integral a los beneficios económicos y sociales para su sustento y el de sus familias.

• Por el derecho a Huelga. Restablecer el ejercicio del derecho a huelga para conquistar los requerimientos de los trabajadores, ante los abusos y las arbitrariedades de los patronos. No más dilaciones por parte de las inspectorías y las instituciones laborales del estado. 

• Por la libertad sindical, fuera la intervención del CNE y el RNOS. No a las trabas que imponen para los registros de las organizaciones y las elecciones sindicales. 

• No a la criminalización de la protesta laboral y social. Por la eliminación de las leyes que coartan la libertad de protestar. Libertad inmediata para los trabajadores que sufren de este atropello.

• Aumento general de sueldos y salarios de acuerdo al índice de inflación anualizada, e imponer la escala móvil de salarios de acuerdo al aumento del costo de la vida, hasta alcanzar un salario que cubra las necesidades fundamentales del pueblo, además de crear procesos de seguimiento y control. El objetivo es centrarnos en un salario mínimo suficiente para cubrir la cesta básica familiar. Por el pase inmediato de la cesta ticket a salario para incluir ese beneficio en el cálculo de horas extras, bono nocturno, vacaciones, aguinaldos, utilidades y prestaciones sociales de los trabajadores.

• Los diputados, si son representantes del pueblo, no pueden tener un salario mayor al que devenga en promedio un trabajador calificado. Si los diputados quieren aumento de salarios, deben aumentar el salario del trabajador.

• El salario no es ganancia, tampoco es renta que se equipare a la ganancia de los capitalistas. Es a la renta de los capitalistas, sus ganancias, a donde deben ser aplicados los mayores impuestos.

• Para avanzar en realidad en el estado de bienestar social hay que darle rango constitucional a las misiones, lo cual significa eliminarlas como fundaciones y pasarlas a institutos autónomos o directamente al tren ministerial, aboliendo la condición de tercerizados a sus trabajadores.

• Para potenciar el funcionamiento del sistema de justicia y protección del pueblo hay que dejar de seguir exaltando la inmaculada concepción tanto de los jueces como de los corruptos, que están asociados. Para acabar con la impunidad de ambos se requiere de jueces elegidos popularmente, por períodos de tiempos moderados y revocables en todo momento.

• La autodeterminación de los pueblos originarios pasa por no violar ni mucho menos explotar sus espacios y respetar su autonomía.

• Aumentar la inversión en la educación y la investigación la cual debe estar en función de los intereses nacionales.

Llamamos pues a quienes participan en el proceso de la asamblea nacional constituyente, a quienes no les interesa participar, a la clase trabajadora, a luchar tras una Plataforma de Lucha concreta por nuestros intereses de clase hasta suprimir a explotación. Por último y no menos importante, la sociedad socialista es la única alternativa para alcanzar la paz.

Conclusiones

Las propuestas son clasistas y concretas. No tenemos candidatos. No confiamos sino combatimos al chavismo oficial, ni suscribimos al PSUV, por lo tanto no creamos ilusiones en los trabajadores. y también combatimos al fascismo. Mandar a votar a Evo en su primera elección ante el avance de la media luna, o defender a Dilma contra el golpe de Temer, mandar a participar en Syriza contra el Pasok, o hace mas tiempo defender a Kerensky contra Kornilov ninguno de estas posiciones van en contra de parar una alternativa obrera y socialista. No somos religiosos.

In defense of a constituent rigged against a fascist coup

The violence of the forces that struggle in Venezuela, lead to an expected outcome. The economic situation deteriorates irreversibly, chavismo as a government is finished and the alternative is the right now articulated in assault brigades murdering barbarically, from shots to stabbed and burned, burning health modules, buses, cultural premises, public care offices, whose only justification is their hatred of communism which they sadly associate with the government.

The government is trapped in a “cul-de-sac”, giving blows, including the repression of the GNB and the national police, who in times of normality or peace, rigorously exercise controls demanding the payment of "vaccine" or in Creole "by applying rattle ", now in the confrontation, are the repressors of always, overwhelmed by the advance of the fascists of the MUD. It is also relevant to denounce the motorized groups of lumpen, linked to mafias directed by prisoners, badly called collective, used by the government.

The  coup d'etat that is brewing by the extreme right is already bloody

It seems to be the cruel reality, already known through innumerable murders, they perceive that  the government is unsuccessful but still does not want to surrender, and the problem has not  two visions, between the MUD and the government, it has  another one, that is the working class and the communities that carry the worst part.

The left-wing Venezuelan desktop, social networks (twitter and facebook, among others) does not like the constituent  and prefers to look the other way, which finally favoring the right, which through its fight against the constituent -or without a constituent - has another objective, to impose the interests of the national capital and especially the foreigner taking whatever. 

At last,if the constituent is done, it already has sanctions offered by several governments of the right, and the vernacular left is also sworn to the above, both with democratic and false arguments. The whole truth is that the pseudo-constituent is the lure to do the complete work, to liquidate the revolutionary milestone begun in 1989, to crush any attempt of defense or resistance of the masses by what they has been achieved, the abject left that played its role of deviation from all life to the rise of the masses, once again serves, wonderfully the genuine and serene right.

It is necessary to point out that in Venezuela a prerevolutionary crisis has been opened, with ups and downs, since 1989, with key events such as the political crisis expressed in the events of 2002 to 2004, until reaching the "arrival", to the debacle of a bureaucracy which hit by the fluctuations of oil prices, when prices fell down, become failed. The workers although  have lost illusions in the populism, they do not allow themselves to be carried away by the harangues of the right.

Nevertheless, in all that period, the left did not transcend Chavismo, on the other hand  about 30% of Venezuelans still follow the government, with contradictions but without surpassing that perspective. The number of people who defend "the legacy of Chávez" is remarkable, even though we know that it was not just some welfare advances that they broke to decrease the oil income.

With all limitations, decreeing a constituent, which the Maduro government imposed, this slogan was initially raised by the right, although we need majority and correctly demanded by the left, today  the government seeks its salvation trough it and for that reason the right uses his rejection to carry out his coup. Therefore, the failure of this coup attempt is the immediate response that workers must achieve in order to avoid a compulsive exit to the economic crisis that look for the privatization of strategic resources and the destruction of labor law and rights social. It does not mean that Maduro's government does not go that way, and we do not fight it as we do daily, but right now, one thing is a failed populism and another is fascism. To fight against a probable military coup, we must also defeat fascism today

Nowaday, there are no democratic solutions, there are only two ways at this crossroads, towards authentic socialism through a workers' government or neo-fascist variants

Actually, the government seeks to extend its agony through an ANC, the problem is complicated because the right did not want to bite the comb of a constituent, in fact the government promotes it to their measure, including coercion to public administration workers for their participation. But the political scenario is not exactly as the MUD and the government want  to be; the right represented by the MUD, with its 4 main organizations, is not homogeneous and everyone is not longer than the PSUV, which still has strength in the neighborhoods of lower income sectors, as a whole, do not integrate to 50% of the population, but the popular discontent of the majority of the country play in favor of the MUD.

Among of constituent candidates, everyone are not government candidates, even thou the PSUV's daring to coerce people admitted by the electoral institutions, urging them to decline, although some agreed, others resisted. 

In both territorial and sectoral terms, there are chavista base elements that present unofficial proposals, aren’t trotkysts but combatives, in particular workers and representatives of the communities, the method chosen by the government had its mistakes that were able to use some postulates and were able to qualify, the amount of signatures needed was evidently much less than any other traditional electoral contest, although it was quite fast,  and collected the required demands on time, which contrast with the official postulates in terms of resources, but their proposals are not in vain. 

On the other hand, despite the meticulous method presented by the government, it gave other loopholes, such as the intention to reach the nomination as a representative of a sector with a number of signatures required, even by far, more feasible than in the 1999 constituent, it does not means that it will not be the position official that imposes itself, but 79 workers from different sectors will have to give some account to their constituent electors, where some elected are well representatives of the workers in struggle. Including the territorial sector (municipal), and sectors of the combative communes. 

As one worker from the “Barrio Adentro”  Mission said: "We have a voice of protest to the ANC, we do not carry a voice of applause"
